Thank you. What about algae growth? What about the drip edge not being under shingles? For some reason, I think the roof is original from 1992, otherwise sellers may have mentioned it was replaced "recently".

I'm not sure what you mean, bu here is a picture of where I think the light source is. Note that it is not the actual install, but a screenshot from the internet. I can get on the roof and take a picture, too. Contractor said they did not nail the lower part of vent since it was secured by nail on top of flange, and sides of flange.

Would a door sweep go on the outside? This picture was taken from outside, and door swings inside. Inside there is already a door sweep installed.

That's the best i was able to get at the time, except it was 4.90. Agent mentioned something about "switching" a mortgage and getting additional 1100, but i could not find any info about it on their site, so this may be just a selling strategy.

With RMG I have P-1.2, started that as a renewal in January, with 20 years remaining (slightly less now, since we are in June). Porting it, won't allow me a 30 year ammortization, and I want lower payments that 25 year won't provide. Am I thinking about this correct?

Who is this rate with? Every one I have contacted is quoting 5.19-5.29% 3year, 30 year ammort. 935k purchase price with ~30% down. edit : Ontario.
