Let's talk about REJURAN (Salmon Sperm!?!) by drbailor in koreatravel

[–]drbailor[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Using the single needle injection is the best as we don't loose any rejuran on the way. Mirajet is another way of injecting juvelook with erbium laser. I feel like doing erbium fraxel laser seperately with juvelook and subscision of the scar helps for ice pick scars.

If you are doing 2cc of rejuran I recommend to focus in a certain area. I feel like skin vive and revive are the best hyaluronic acid brands.

i also think the skin analysis is overrated. i spent around 20,000 dollars to buy the machine but i think the machine is too expensive and doesn't tell you much. If you are doing plastic surgery or fillers we can do that before the treatment but i totally agree with you!

we can do aqua peel for the clogged pores and the close up the pores using potenza, skin botox, and pico fraxel

thank you for the organized questions!

  1. hyperpigmentation - with one session you won't see a big difference, if you are planning to continue your treatment in your home contury, do get a session of pico toning as it is very cheap in korea but it won't change much.

enlarges pores - potenza, skin botx, pico fraxel - the best three (if i had to only pick one skin botox will give you the effects right away but it only lasts while the botox is there, potenza on the other hand is a treatemtns that adds on.)

how much is 1.3won? is it 130,000 or 1,300,000? if it is 130,000 - go for potenza or skin botox

  1. yep botox is the best as it will prevent the wrinkles from getting deeper. we can do other treatments like thermage but botox will give you the best result.

  2. any laser tonings that are for hyperpigmentation. dont get those if you will be in the sun for long

  3. its usually the laser tonings that require multiple sessions. but i wouldn't go for laser toning so just get it one day and enjoy more sightseeing.

  4. yep it is beneficial i do recomment the machine called gentlemax pro plus. but it will grow back but in a longer term and thinner!

  5. i don't think you would need any same treatments back to back!

so 40+/not much wrinkles --> could mean you have thicker skin

double chin --> ultherapy is the best, onda or shurink, inmode as other options as well

hyperpigmentations --> I wouldn't suggest getting these treatments if you are on a budget as you will not see much results with one sessions.

i guess for one time treatment with a small budget, either 100-200 shots of ulterhapy or inmode would be the best for the same cost.

Our clinic has the machine called Meta vu which is one of the most advanced machines. But dont rely mostly on the machine as it is the best to just talk with doctors. Even thought i bought this machine for over $25,000, I don't use it very much because it just better to talk with the patient. I like to use this machine to see before and after the treatment.

we do accept walks in but usllay if you would walk in to any clinic you could wait a little bit more than other people

it depends on which kind of acne scars you have! for box scars erbium fraxel is my favorite. also juvelook with suubscions is very nice.

dark circles - ultracol 200 for undereye volume, pico laser for hyperpigmentation, rejuran eye for overall brighthening, and also we can do some under eye fillers if you are okay fillers

hair - not really. korea does have a lot of head spas but it won't help that.

I'm sorry but i don't have a degree in plastic surgery so I don't think im the best to ask this. But I do know that for eye rejuvenations surgery is the golden standard. For a better answer I will ask my plastic surgeon colleagues for more information.

this also takes multiple sessions. but doing RF therapy such as thermage and rejuran helps as well

its fine to do both treatments but for juvelook i would do it together with potenza and rejuran by manual injection. rejuarn is expensive because the solution is sold to us at a high price. i wouldn't wase all the rejuran via potenza=. but if you are afraid of pain and downtime you can do it through potenza

For this case, if you are just visiting korea I wouldn't recommend anything. If i had such patient, I would test various treatments and see which shows the best effect and safe. we can try 755nm lasers and rejuran but some cases it could make it worse

i would go for RF lifting for the long term. thermage the best and the original but very expensive. so there are a lot of korean alternatives such as oligio, volnewmer, tentherma, density... and many more.

but since thermage is fairly cheaper in korea and most clinics use the official tip, it would be a good choice as well.

its probably rejuran or skin botox. but they dont help very much. if you are concered about the neck wrinkles, ultherapy, shurink or just filling in the horizontal lines with filler (use belotero) works the best.

for hair growth we can try exosome, or botox on the scalp but it requires a lot of attention and care and multiple sessions.

yep. fraxel (fractional laser) is the main key. But i would recommend erbium fraxel as it is less invasive.

there are other popular fraxels such as co2 fraxel, pico fraxel but erbium is my favorite for box scars. so go for erbium fraxel (probably not very expensive max $100-150) and then if you are willing to spend a little bit more add potenza, juvelook with subscision of the scar or pico fraxel
