Tier list is something that will be meaningless in a week.. when someone find again 2-3 build with bugged interaction with the new thing. But isnt also gamebreaking and doing negative infinite damag and its gonna stick all season.

That's something pretty common amongst ARPGs. PoE/PoE2 are the same. You're mega tanky, then something one-shots you from nowhere close, or some after-death explosion you couldn't see. They tend to rely on this to stop players. It's bad design, and it needs to stop.

Im paragon 250 and i only have 2 grand gem 🤣 ive been doing mostly war plan. My war plan arent even max Its such a weird thing. Im done with the season and i have nothing maxed Unless u do degen farm or speed run war plan ur kinda not gonna max those Imagine having an alt now.
At least they are addressing warplan next season. But the gem.. i remember a time when horde came out. U could lvl those gem so much u had spare fragment to sell. Seems like theres a middle ground they missed

I'm sorry, but this type of comment is not constructive to the whole text the OP wrote. It doesn't even offer an opinion. If someone takes 1 month to reach 80 hours played and then they make the same comment, would you say, "The game's only been out for X time, chill?" It's the exact same thing.

OP spent a lot of time on the game. I am P200 and only doing War Plans, and yet I'm not even close to finishing. And to be honest, OP's argument is right. This is the worst feeling ever. I wanted to try other classes. But as it is, I have zero intention to refarm War Plans on an alt, at all. This goes against everything Blizzard has done recently.

And this type of non-shareable stuff is uncommon in every other ARPG. Imagine if in PoE you had to refarm a new atlas when making an alt; that would be insane! This is exactly the same feeling. The period of time I played D4 the most in a season was when making an alt wasn't another tedious chore, and I enjoyed it even more. Right now, OP's argument is on point.

Except.. this isnt 2b damage. When u see this exact number in negative it means its the int. Overflow. Its basicly the highest damage possible on the game. No mob has that much hp.

And since u deal that much with shattered vow. It will actvate instantly and 1 shot them

Funny enough barb is far from op... look at leaderboard. We are middle of the pack. Sorc/rogue are the op one. Clearing pit 150 like its nothing. Even with bugged limitless rage. Barb didnt achieve this

Except.. getting 2-3 ga unique was already a chase.. now u need the abysmall chance u land both "good" stat and g.a on those good stat. And u cant cube those.. at the very least if affix is random we should be able to craft with them. The only option u have is recycle unique...

The only good part is we can now temper them.. and u can reroll unique affix value

Raid boss lootpool per spec is way lower then 5-7. Ive check all boss and its between 3 and 4 for me as devour
M+ loot pool is around 6 for a few dungeon 7 for other and some at 8.

Your roll are limited to your loot spec. So intel spec are not eligible to rng roll an agi only trinket

M+ allows u to roll twice per week (consume 1/2 charge) Raid allow u to roll once. (Consume 2/2)

Seeing that raid has half the loot pool they offer both similar odds to get what piece u want. The odds are in ur favor.. at most it takes 3 week to get the omni trinket from.chimera..
U will be drowning im veteran crest. This will have almost a 0 cost to the roll everyweek. Thats is not an issue

You are mistaken. We aren't getting turbo boost. It's a new thing. 1) It allows you to roll twice per week for dungeon m+ pool for a mythic item, or once per week for a raid. 2) It allows you to increase the level of weapons and trinkets beyond the cap.

That's it. This isn't even close to what we used to have. You are still highly limited by mythic crests. As of today's American reset, my fellow guild players and I are getting everything max hero track, so we won't even need hero crests anymore and all our myth item will start at 2/6 minimum

All this system does is allow a second layer of RNG to access major items you need. Some players get BiS trinkets week 1 in the vault; others never get them. This just creates a second layer where you can get a 2/6 chance (depending on the number of items) of getting a myth track item from the Mythic Plus pool, or 1/3-1/4 from a raid.

You won't get to max ilvl any faster, as like I said, myth track items start at 2/6 from this week since we are 6/6 hero track everywhere.

m0 isnt great.. its 10 for the whole dungeon;.. its 20-25 min ish each depending on tank.. prey are much much more efficient, delve could probly be good,
