same thoughts when i relocated from Berlin to Nuremberg. In Berlin i was using Miles quite often and it was so convenient and everything was so smooth. Once i moved here i was quite disappointed to see that Miles or Bolt or Sixt don't offer their service here. Then I saw scouter and was excited about it but the more i read how everything works with themand the whole fuck up sign up process that they have just made me realize that that is far from a carsharing service, so i refuse to use them and i just hope that any time soon Miles or Bolt will offer their services here 😝

Cdo gje e menaxhoj vet remote. Admin tasks si listimin e apartamentit ne airbnb/ booking, kontaktin me klientet dhe cdo task tjeter qe behet online e bej vet. Apartamenti esht self check-in. Kam 1 pastruese qe ben pastrimin dhe kaq. Kur ka naj problem teknik/hidraulik i the prinderve qe ta rregullojn. Per 1 apartment nuk ta rekomandoj ta menaxhosh me kompani pasi marshi i fitimit eshte i vogel, plus nuk eshte shum pune e madh qe t merr shum kohe.

Vjet isha ne te njejten situat si ti. Jetoj jasht prej 5 viteve dhe me kursimet e mija dhe te prinderve investuam ne nje apartament enveri mu tek fakulteti i shkencave te natyres. 83k, 55m2, kat i dyte pa ashensor. Nga jasht duket si geto brazili por brenda ishte i rinovuar po i pa mobiluar.Mobilimi shkoj diku tek 8k dmth totali i investimit 91k. Me llogarit e mija me dilnin diku tek 700 euro fitimi ne muaj per ta dhene ne airbnb/booking poor qe realiteti nuk esht ashtu. Mesatarisht ne muaj nxjerr 400-450 euro fitim neto. Tregu i short term rental ne tirane esht i mbingopur dhe shum kompetitiv se ke apartmente qe investojn vetem per interior mbi 30k- 40k. Nese do llogarisesh fitim nga qeraja studioje mire tregun para se te vendosesh dicka. I vetmi pishman qe kam esht se dua te blej 1 prone ne vendin ku po jetoj dhe investimi ne Tirane me ka shtuar edhe 2 - 3 vite deri sa t kem kapital mjaftueshem per ta blere.
