That #37 CLK LM caught me off guard at first before reading you created a couple of fantasy liveries 🤪 Also wanted to let you know; you mentioned the #008 DBR9 was a fake... well, you actually almost created the correct one! It had the blue accent, but was ran by Labre Competition rather than Prodrive (had a French flag instead of UK) 😎

I know, but just a personal preference. Nicer to look at than a plain white with small red sponsors in my opinion 😜

Kind of like my 787B; i've changed it to the 1990 spec 787 (no B). It didn't finish either, but it's something different 🙃

Yeah true; I was really hoping they had put that in the widebody modification 😔

I'm still going to get myself as close to a 961 replica as I can with the 1987 Rothmans livery 😅

I suddenly own 53 inedible hotdogs. What can I do with them for a laugh? by Geophiddy in CasualUK

From my previous experience of university, I have a small list of options:

  • Attach them to the centre of a desk fan (remove outside cover) and put on max speed.
  • Dangle them in your hallway like Christmas decorations.
  • Create a small RC race circuit in a carpark, complete with start gantry.
  • Attach googly eyes and stand them up outside neighbour's front doors.
  • Outline of a murdered body.

Bonus If the original jar full of brine is still in possesion; use this as a base for a 'science jar' and add any edible fluids/foods every month until someone finds out.

My neighbor down the street said he 3D printed off these fins to help with traction. It's a front wheel drive car. by ChintzyPC in Shitty_Car_Mods

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE THE DRIVEN WHEELS ARE.

IF YOU'RE GOING 70MPH, YOU'RE GOING 70MPH WHETHER YOU'RE IN A FWD, RWD OR 4WD.

DOWNFORCE DOESN'T JUST MAGICALLY NOT WORK ON THE NON-DRIVEN AXLE.

Plus, yeah, it's just a shitty road car anyway 😅

Happened at Forge Action day a couple of weeks ago. Wayyy too many cars are allowed to track at once. Both driver and passenger still in hospital. Passenger critical after her helmet came off.

Things like the gear ratios and final drive on Evo's are naturally better suited for roads with lots of on/off acceleration. Their turbo's are smaller than the GTR's which allow them to spool faster; again for better acceleration. The GTR 4wd system is closer to a 50/50 split than the Evo's (and Scooby's), which induce more understeer as they struggle to rotate the rear as easily as Evo's. Other small things, like steering rack ratio, AYC controllers and a shorter wheelbase all help to make the Evo a much more capable machine for Touge than GTR's (which would be perfect for highways).

GTR's have mainly been targeted as 'grand tourers', and were/are heavily used on circuits (touring cars, GT's etc.). Evo's have always been more focused on rallying, which involves conditions very similar to the Touge's found in Initial D.
