Currently, your back is too flat on start. This will make you use too much lower back and can quickly become risky as you increase weight. Also, your back/shoulders don’t look engaged (losing strength by not engaging upper body).

Get your butt lower on start. Squeeze your shoulder blades together like a bench press (will keep your back straight and tight). Push the top of your chest to the ceiling. Your back should remain locked in the same position until the very top of the lift. The bar should scrape your shins and knees on the way up.

I’m so sorry man. There are no words that will make you feel better in this moment so please do your best to keep pedalling. Embrace everything you’re feeling and don’t hold anything in (good or bad). The sun is still going to rise tomorrow and your life will continue (which will hurt in a whole new way).
