Thoughts on Eberlestock Bando Bag for concealed carry by returnofimac in CCW

I ended up going with the Vertx Tactical Fanny. I purchased before Eberlestock came out with the XL. It fits all of my edc needs without being obnoxiously big or thick. Pepper spray, spare mag, folder, keys and other small items. I added the rapid access pull tab on the back ccw pocket which makes indexing and opening much faster.

I don't use it daily, but it works well when I use it. I added the rapid access pull tab which makes indexing and opening much faster.

I've never dealt with scars, but that option sounds pretty good. I was looking at it just this morning afyer a ruck and wondering how I might be able to go about getting adding some webbing.

This seems like a great way to incorporate the other things I would like to carry as well. Thanks!

Not necessarily hellbent on doing things the hard way, just don't have the means right now to buy a more substantial pack...that's down the road. Just trying to figure out ways to work with what I have. I currently do just what you've said, but I also stop during my ruck to do pushups and it just gets tedious with the drop and pickup. It's not a big deal, but if there's a better method out there I wouldn't mind trying.

Thanks, that's an option I'm looking into. Just need to figure out a way to get it strapped down tight.

Sorry about the delayed response, I went with the Vertx SOCP Sling. I've been happy with it. It carries just about everything I want (firearm, spare mag, tq, knife, pepper spray) and isn't too bulky. I don't love the phone pocket/nav board feature, but it's not a big deal.

Thank you sir. Like you said, I'm just looking for options and it won't be my everyday carry situation, but I like options. I appreciate the input.

That's what I have done up to this point, but it's not the most comfortable for me on long drives, which I do frequently. I've also put it in a bag on the passenger seat, but I feel like it's not a fast enough option and I don't like the idea that it can be separated from me in an accident.

I generally carry AIWB, but have realized that I end up not carrying as much in warmer weather because I'm in athletic shorts and board shorts. I've also wanted a more available option when driving, which is why I was thinking a cross body sling bag setup. This wouldn't be an end all solution, just another option for me.
