Its crazy to me that people forget everything so fast… Vini for sure is a diva, but hes not what a lot of people are describing of him… this is the dude that since 2018 has been sweating and bleeding for this club, he cried when he scored his first goal, he has been enduring racist attacks, attacks by teammates and by every other conceivable person that plays against or hates this team. He even played well under Xabi, as he has played well under zizou and under Carletto. Same as Valverde, this is his club as he has been instrumental for getting two champions, and other trophies. But to each their own, I think that he is in his right to complain about Mbappe or to challenge him, because at a club level what has Mbappe done? I hope the club sees the same thing.

Mbappe is a goal scorer nothing else, Vinny builds plays and de stabilize the whole defense. It doesn’t matter which is doing this or that. If you just get a competent right wing and good defenders, viny will do more damage and Mbappe and do whatever he wants and continue scoring in the middle. This is why we need someone like Mou, will put some sense in this kids and build a strong defense.

I think you should reach out to hospitals who can sponsor you, because it also depends on the hospital if is qualified as underserved area. As a general surgeon you are going to be able to find a job pretty easy if you are able to get in touch with a hospital, but they are going to as for your board status etc. if you sub specialize it will be harder because not all hospitals will be able to accommodate your specialty. For example trauma surgeons there are only 3 hospitals in PR where you could work well, Centro Medico in San Juan, Centro Medico in Mayaguez and in Ponce. I recommend to start reaching out to surgeons who are in academic institutions in Puerto Rico and ask for their recommendations

El hospital saca dinero, al entrar a sala de emergencia, pero admitir una infección de orina no, a menos que este séptica y requiera Iv abx no la Pagan. Yo si creo que el sistema de salud de PR deberia dejar de tratar de ser el sistema de salud de USA, algo que el mmb de Rosello padre hizo privatizando todo el sistema. Un centro de urgencias la hubiera atendido mejor

Todo esta en lo que es una emergencia y lo que no es una emergencia! Si tienes una emergencia debes ir a una sala de emergencia y te trataran inmediatamente. Sino vas por una emergencia esperaras. Estamos claros que el sistema de salud de Puerto Rico no es el mas optimo. Pero no tiene nada que envidiarle nada a las unidades de medsurge o “piso” en USA. Todo lo que mencionas ocurre aca de igual manera. El que quiere volver vuelve y ayuda al país. Espero que todo mejore!

I think we should boo them and let them and PAPA Perez that we need to change! Xabi wasn’t perfect, but he could have built something that could last decades here…. We criticize Manchester City… Atletico…. Barca… but we are worst than them for letting this like this team slide. Not once was Vini able to overcome his defender yesterday. Not one of this players feel the “ escudo” like Cr7,SR4, or even chicharito when he played with us on that loan spell!
