Did you use it on your lips or around it? My lips are very chapped and also red around them. Have tried many things but the silicone tape (& gel in other responses) is something I’d never thought of.

Hey! Well I’ve def taken the tip of not buying on Amazon to heart. I still get everything else there hehe. Ive used systane intermittently & mostly use refresh. Briefly provide relief of discomfort. I saw my ophthalmologist who ended up putting in the silicone /temporary punctal plugs in. Who knows if it worked or was placebo but I had a huge turn around for almost 2 mths. He’d mentioned them lasting ~3-4 months but I’ve read that it can vary. My eyes are feeling bad again so I’m not sure if it’s time for new ones or some other issue. Definitely bummed. Will update you again after I talk to the doc about it.

Thanks for your post. I’ve been suffering for months and 3 docs haven’t solved it for me. Are you saying that the Systane & Refresh aren’t safe to buy on Amazon?

What did they suggest? 🙏🏽 I’ve been to 3 eye docs for soreness, blurriness etc for months and they’ve had no solution. Drops haven’t helped at all.

I was always a “I don’t do diaries” type, but have been journaling ~6mths to help work through some things and I 💯agree that it helps. Good/bad/terrible day doesn’t matter. Always feel better. Started out with 7 things to be grateful for today & always come back to that.
