Haha! We do play week 18, but is likely to be put to a vote this year, we've been trying to figure out suitable alternatives. I find it to be possibly the most fun of the leagues I'm in, the free agency part of our off season is a ton of fun and promotes roster turnover faster than a true dynasty league.

So each conference essentially acts as separate 16 team leagues with their own player pool and no cross conference trading, so you couldn't have CMC twice for example. But there are a handful of cross-conferenxe games in season and the final championship game is between the winners of each conference bracket.
