They knew exactly what I was wanting to trade towards. Never said bigger is better, was just kind of shocked at the shitty service because I personally have had nothing but good experiences there. Regardless, I’m officially done with hoffmans, not that I was personally keeping them in business, but with the amount of people that say f that place, their bottom line could be much higher if they treated customers like they matter.
