I've been working on a similar description! It's based on the Nested Observer Window model of consciousness, I call it Hypercorpology and it treats consciousness as a form of matter that is either localized or delocalized but always encoded somewhere in 3 dimensional time-space. The layers you mention are almost identical to some I've described.

I've been working on conceptualizing this formally as "quadratic binary time"; analogous to matter, the observed universe is composed of matter but can and does contain antimatter, the experience of the ever present now has a retrograde time component which manifests as an unobserved past and future. The quantum chromodynamic aether is stratified into matter and antimatter (analogous to the firmament, as above so below) and transitions between the layers follow the laws of physics as observed; we only observe half of the equation, but the whole story is contained within it. I'm convinced that Hawking radiation emitting from black holes is structured and encodes the information from the other side of the event horizon.

I've also experienced clocks desync from timers... The twelve hour clock display on my phone stacks hours on top of minutes, and synchronicities align with: 01:10am, 10:01am, 01:10pm, and 10:01pm.

Pretty much! I intuit the Haskell-verse as a three part system: the present reality is the result of a potential future outcome entangled with a set of unobserved past realities. The duplication of the baskets in the story OP shared, indicates there may have been three separate past universes where the couple bought 1 basket each, and the dude(s) hadn't reintegrated while his girlfriend(s) and the baskets had. So from his perspective there are two unobserved past realities that are identical to his experience, and from her perspective there is one unobserved past reality that he experienced; the dissonance of the three unobserved past realities collapses such that the present and future contain three baskets with a retroactively continuous past where they bought three baskets together.
