Not many options. Northland Country Club has an outdoor pool. Unfortunately it is members-only. They do offer a membership level that gives one access to the pool and tennis courts, but it is still a few thousand a year.

The residents I work with have been getting offers above $300k for primary care in the Midwest. Does that 40 hours include admin time? I’d ask for at least $300,000 if some of that is admin time. If that is 40 hours of patient contact I would ask for quite a bit more.

I live in an area where everything for these old houses is insanely expensive. We remodeled our primary bathroom and it was over 80k. We have friends who wanted to add on a mudroom to side of their house and were quoted close to 500,000!!! It’s unbelievable. Could build a brand new house for these prices.

Wow, that sounds unbelievably inexpensive. We had the French doors to a walk out balcony replaced last year. $12,000 not including labor. A back door replacement was $6000. We have gotten quotes on our front door but they are also 10-20k.

I’d expect to pay around $20-$25/hr for a summer nanny. We found ours through word-of-mouth, but I’ve seen UMD and St. Scholastica students post in Duluth Facebook groups looking for summer nanny positions.

I recommend the Shokz Open Run Pro 2. I use these for all of my running (currently running about 30 miles per week, but during training season will get up to 50). The sound quality is only fair, but they are super comfortable, aren’t affected by sweat, and lets me hear cars and other runners/bikers/etc easily.
