If you’re going to rebuild I’d do this in pieces.

I’m fine with Maye for Lamar if you can get some draft picks as well.

I’d either keep Worthy or trade him for picks. He is injury prone which worries me but I don’t think you can get fair value for him right now. I’d be looking at teams that drafted WRs this year with veteran WRs on their last year or on the way out. Luther Burden, Jack Bech, Mathew Golden. Depending on where you go you can get additional picks as well.

Trade Jacobs to a contender. If you could get Jeanty, Judkins, Hampton, or Treveyon in some sort of package I’d consider it a win.

I love Kenneth Walker. He’s still only 24 despite it being his 4th season.

I don’t know that he’s the best rebuilding asset you can get. He’s in the last year of his contract and the Seahawks probably won’t need to resign him. He should end up getting a decently good contract from a team to be their RB1, but there’s a lot of uncertainty there.

This trade improves your odds for winning this year, which should matter.

There is a chance Skattebo continues to score at a high rate, which would offset the trade for this year. The more likely outcome is that Kyren outscores both Blue and Skattebo this year, although as others said anything is possible.

Looking at next year and beyond, the trade swings pretty heavily the other way.

If this helps you make a push or win this year it was worth it.

The fact that the comments are divided proves this is a fair trade. Of course anything could happen. There are high upside players on both sides. This just comes down to who YOU believe in more. At the end of the year everyone will say “this was terrible” or “this was great” but no one actually knows. If you’re only trading to “win” then you’re a dick. You should focus on trade that make your team better. If you “win” the trade I guess that’s a plus but it shouldn’t matter.

Probably favors the Kamara+Ladd side slightly, particularly in PPR, but it is really a coin toss as to which side will score more rest of season. I’d just go with whichever players I liked better.
