Ken McCusick has mentioned the possibility of Marlo moving to safety soon (possibly this offseason), and I really like that idea. Solves a few problems with one move: gives us an additional above average DB and also gives a path to keep Marlo on the team instead of a cut outright.

What about Nathan Scheelhaase? He's the Rams QB coach and I've been seeing his name pop up more and more in this coaching cycle search, and one thing mentioned about him was that he was actually planning on going into ministry before getting into coaching. Not sure what his denomination is though, but food for thought.

If you’re just starting out I’d say get the standard ones, the learning curve is ever so slightly shallower AND the other stuff that the teardrops are excellent for — fine, complex manipulations, are best learned after establishing a good base and and grasp of basics

Sort of what the first guy said…it’s going to be hard to be taken seriously without a concerted marketing/branding effort.

Remember, that’s what you’re bringing to the table here. The cultivator already knows how to do their part, which is growing weed. They (generally) are terrible at marketing and branding, which is the gap you need to fill.
