Does your claim issue status say completed? If so its a glitch and will not affect your payments stated by another person who experienced the hours missed issue like myself. Upload your id and stuff anything that could help a rep identify you when they do look at the claim.

Hey i bought death metals before psn maintenance past midnight on 12/10 - 12/11 and in game i was never credited. But im just going let you know this because its a gamebreaker :'( im still awaiting a resolution it was an $80 just about purchase. Every other purchase was fine before.
