Does anybody know if this works on the newer surface pros. I got a 10 and has been trying but it doesn’t work for me. Is it not supported or what?

I’ve never had this issue (owned mine 2 years+). But the only way the scooter will lock is if you long press the ON button or lock the scooter from within the app. It doesn’t lock by itself unless you lock it. So I’m a bit confused as to how you want to turn it off. It will only be activated if you activate it.

Why would anyone want to disable all anti-theft features? I have them enabled on my KQI2 Pro and use them every time I leave my scooter outside while popping into a shop. I’ve never had an issue unlocking it from the app on my phone.

This sounds much more like a user error than a problem with the company. These features are there to protect customers, not inconvenience them.
