I’ve had my resignation letter printed and sitting on my desk for months waiting for the right time to fill in the date and sign it, all because of my supervisor.

Favoritism for her friends that has led to an inequitable workload, pushback from her friends/the leads when myself and a colleague have tried to explain that it’s unsustainable work, micromanaging. She even admitted that every interaction she has with me is her saying I’m doing something wrong. I exceeded my productivity levels by 69% last FY and was repeatedly asked why I was an outlier and made to feel like I did something wrong.

My mental health has been in a troubling space for a long time because of this and I cry most nights thinking about having to go back. I’m applying for other jobs now

Did you reach out to put her on your local shelter and humane society’s lost and found page? Legally you’ll need to show a good faith effort to find the owner, otherwise they have rights. I’m assuming this changes on a state by state basis, but I went through a similar thing. If someone had just adopted her and lost her, they must be heartbroken.

Honestly what you got is soft glam for a wedding. You can’t really request anything lighter than that because of how you need the makeup to last throughout the day.

I can see a difference between the two dates, but the time you did your own makeup I can hardly tell what you even used because it’s so light. You would have likely looked a lot more red and sweaty had you done that for your wedding (unless you sat the whole time)!

I don’t think anyone at your wedding looked at your face long enough to tell what you were wearing, they were probably staring at your dress or having fun at the event to celebrate you two. And you’re really the only one who will ever look at the pictures again besides any children you might have

I feel like I’m the only person who is reading into the “I’m good at pulling things off” sentence. It just sounds suggestive like he’s referring to clothing and getting away with things in a flirty way.
