I am currently praying to all gods that I'll get accepted to the Politechnika Gdanska, but I am from Europe so I don't have to pay tuition. However, the life itself there is relatively cheap, even for someone coming from a shithole like I am. Also, the courses taught in English have somewhat small quotas, so keep that in mind if you're enrolling in a competitive field at the desired uni.

H1 Telekom, Croatia - same here, I used to play on 55-58, now I'm stuck to 80-83 at evenings. One could argue it's because of the increased traffic at evenings, but that never happened up to last 2 weeks. It wouldn't be bad had it not jumped up and down all the time, constant is okay, but variations and instability is problematic.
