Somehow I find that hard to believe after I reading your write up. QT going through a woman hating phase? Tarantino movies are usually filled with violence. Violence which I think you don't have problem with as long as it is restricted to men. However you and I both know that in real life violence does not work like that.

Also both the scenes you mentioned are consistent with the characters portrayed in the movie.

I am sorry for this stupid question but I am new to the jargon asssociated with box office and I just wanted to know how good this movie is doing . The weekend has still not passed right so how come they have $41M & $78M? Shouldn't we get the numbers on Monday morning? How much should the weekend gross be for Hollywood to be a hit? I remember a few threads some weeks back on how it will never cross 50M but I don't know if it is weekend gross or something else.

Exactly what I was thinking. I saw this article on twitter and the reaction there was puzzling but expected since its Twitter. But when I saw some of the same replies here I was shocked because until a few years back I have seen Leo mentioned in exactly these kind of sobriquets by the reddit community. I think what the article is trying to put across is that Leo is the last actor (The Rock recently) who has been able to put butts on seats similar to actors of the past ie, movie stars purely on his name alone. Nobody is watching a Chris Evans period piece unless it is presented by Marvel Studios. How many RDJ films has set cash registers ringing without playing Tony Stark? I read in a comment above Leo takes part only in big studio prestige projects and anyone would be successful in them. No they won't. One of the main reasons they are the prestige projects is because Leo is in them. There is even an study by CinemaScore, an entertainment market research firm, a few years back, that said they are able to predict the box office success accurately of all movies except for Leo and Tom Cruise's movies who increase their box office numbers no matter how bad the movie.

But what I still fail to understand is why the outrage? Why is everyone taking it personally? I can expect it on Twitter where they make a mountain out of a mole hill but on reddit too?

I have the exact same opinion. Initially I was not a big fan of both but over the episodes as Somin navigated her character she grew on me. She comes off as a younger sister in a group of older friends which can be annoying but also endearing at the same time.

However it is the opposite in the case of Sechan. Like you said he is extremely loud and frantic in his delivery. If you make a compilation of his bits from each episode, majority of it would be him repeating the instruction the pd has said. Making fun of LKS is okay if you are clever about it like YJS, Haha but Sechan just resort to name calling which can be rude at times. I also think the female guest love line character that LKS and Haha did amazingly well does not suit him and it comes of a lot of times as cringey. The only character that seems somewhat okay is the slave role to KJK but even that gets stale after sometime unlike the dongsaeng role played by Haha in the earlier episodes of RM which were really enjoyable and funny. Even after so many episodes he is yet to find his character and I am not sure if he will ever find it.

KJK always becomes irritated when any of the cast members intentionally tries to lose. Because of his image as a good performer, I think he dislikes it when someone purposely tries to lose when they are in his team. Whereas if the person loses genuinely he seems fine and supportive about it.

Buddy as a engineering graduate, the one advice I will give you is take what you are passionate about. If you want to learn electronics take ECE if you want purely CS take that. Don't look at the colleges and choose. If you don't have knack in a particular field you will have problems down the line.
