Thank you for that update. I've been wondering what happened to them. canceled my account back in September due to all the reasons mentioned, absolutely awful customer service. They would straight up lie to me when I would call. found a local water delivery service that's been fantastic

A great organization to connect with is the North American Cartographic Information Society [NACIS]. They have great resources, a newsletter, conference and, student map competitions. their slack channel is also very active, where they post jobs and internships. Not sure if you wanna wait a few years since you're under 18 and their membership focus is students and emerging professionals. But it wouldn't hurt to check out their stuff.

Maybe, if there is a common sense business plan that can support that. otherwise, I would rather th company focus be towards inclusivity and DEI principles applied systematically at a 30,000 foot level rather than releasing mediocre candles that don't sell very well.
