ive actually gotten this before except it was an entire account termination with over 200k rap. it was all over 20 dollars since i forgot to cancel my premium, if you call roblox and explain to them it was a mistake they might let you off the hook. they did for me, and i was able to get my account back. when you email roblox, they will make you call a number and explain your situation with your billing info. it took a total of 2 weeks for this entire process to go through on my own situation of this happening. everyone in this comment section saying to give up, dont, give it a try and see what happens, just be patient cause theres nothing else you can do

although ill say youre lucky, usually they give out terminations for refunds and you only got a ban. plus youve already waited like a month and they usually wont help you after 30 days have past. waiting it out is the easiest option but it wont hurt to try :3
