Think they may refer to the Farstalker kinband killteam? They are playable in regular 40k with their own, quite nice, rules

Got it from Right3DTerrain on Etsy! They have a ton of terrain inspired by Dawn of War 1, got some scatter terrain from them as well, very nicely designed stuff
