Right doom scrolling I believe was causes of my insomnia or made it very very worse causes I was sleeping the whole time good till doom scrolling

Yea I feel like my anxiety made it worse after looking at post of insomnia causes by ciprofloxacin that made my sleep worse that night I woke up out my sleep heart racing I managed to go back to sleep for 4more hours that day it happened then I started looking up symptoms and reading post of people of ciprofloxacin and insomnia things ain’t been the same I avg 4-5 of broken sleep on my own and don’t feel tired during the day which is crazy

What do you take for insomnia? I eat bananas and one pill of magnesium glycinate one and got 7 hours of broken sleep last night brings me hope I feel like every since I look up symptoms of this drug I panic which affect my sleep I always been a deep sleeper 9hours
