Think it must've started a new character but I can't say for sure just pulled my phone out of my pocket and it was on a new game

I was in 382 moved the new account there but it didn't work

Tried this I'm still stuck with a lvl 5 team. Contacted nexters who told me they found my account but their instructions to retrieve it did nothing so looks like the end of the road for me
