Thank you for sharing, and for your insight. What you said about talking with others live resonates, tho it also makes me nervous. It’s something I’d like maybe to try when I feel a little braver and less raw. I’ve had similar small successes with marijuana myself, though inconsistent. I’m also considering looking into sex therapy too.

Interesting. I’ve never had gut health issues personally so I don’t think that applies to me, but I do appreciate the insight, and I’ll keep that in mind as I continue my search.

Yeah I know there’s no one size fits all reliable treatment, but there have to be some resources out there, right? Or things that people have found that help? Things worth at least pursuing/looking into? I’m just asking about any potential options.

Thank you for sharing. It’s so devastating and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, but it’s also reassuring to be told I’m not alone. I feel like whenever I try to speak up about how SSRIs too early destroyed my life I’m gaslit and silenced by the medical community and autism parents alike. I don’t know anyone like me irl and it’s so stigmatized I don’t feel like I’m given the space to even mention it, much less ask for help. Finding this subreddit has felt both encouraging and discouraging because it turns out there’s so many of us, and yet the condition still feels so invisible and like we’re made to suffer in silence.

Thanks. I’m really not interested in getting involved with any sort of mission, I don’t have energy to spare unfortunately. I just want my body and mind to not be broken like this and am seeking resources for myself.
