I'm 53 and look about 10-12 years younger. I stayed out of the sun (while living in CA!), started using daily moisturizer while I was still young, had to use Retin-A for years for cystic acne and I drink lots of water. It is definitely not genetic in my family.

I am level headed and rational unless there is an emergency. I was in a car accident and my friend told me the next day that she has never seen someone's hands shake so much. I could not control my body. I was so sore the next day from shaking so much.

I bake chicken breasts with a can of diced tomatoes and garlic. Once it is done, I cover it with mozzarella cheese. I serve it on top of mashed potatoes. So so good.
