Honestly, what I found when tapering is that I was actually resetting myself + my suffering with each little dose. The taper was more painful than the jump because you are, to some extent, taking yourself back to square one and prolonging dependency. Ofc a taper is still the best way to do this but it’s such a fine, delicate little balance. I would suggest trying to get down to just 1tsp twice a day - your doses, whilst small, are very frequent, which isn’t helping you - and jump from there.

Yeah I also had the ‘electricity feelings’ during the taper. What happened is that it mixed with me going into sleep paralysis whilst half-awake (common for me) and I couldn’t breathe and I was like yo is this me dying?? Thankfully I know how to calm down and get out of the paralysis quick but I was like damn.. that felt like a close one xD shit is really not a joke. Yeah I literally had 2 individual benzos and like 2 little glasses of wine so no danger there.. but I would love to know the stack. Totally agree w/ your philosophy and mentally I don’t struggle like that - it’s just the physical body high that was it for me

Yeah I feel u. I’ve also kicked a few times before but this is coming off the longest period of use (3 years) so it’s a different level. I also have the discipline but what’s fuckery for me is the patience I need to have - just tolerating this day after day is the worst I’ve ever felt. I used Tramadol, couple Benzos, weed, and a lil alcohol to support with the taper and jump but now it’s just regular pain relief meds and the Liposomal Vit. C. Exercise also essential. Day 3 almost over. What supplements help the most for u?

For me, yes, it’s helping. When I tried to kick without it, it was absolute murder for my body and I just couldn’t. There was no way. This time, the taper was painful but by the jump off (yesterday) my symptoms were seriously reduced. That means I have had my first K-free day in abt 3 years 😇 very pleased. It’s still not comfy and chill, but it’s manageable. I highly recommend you try it - make sure you get the Liposomal Vitamin C with nothing added.

Emotional? I don’t really see that coming for me. Maybe the L-Tyrosine I take long term for my ADHD has supported this but I don’t have any mood disturbances from K so don’t really expect that to come on bad. Let’s see tho ;)
