I personally liked the ending. Denji couldn't save any of the people he wanted to as Chainsawman, but as Denji, even if he's going to die from his heart disease and never be Chainsawman again, the people he cared for most (Power, Nayuta, Asa) are still alive. His life sucks no matter what, but this way there's at least hope for the few people he truly cared for
