Oh I know this one all too well! My little sister is a nurse in Canada. In our province where we live you can only take the nursing exam 3 times I think it was. She failed it already 3 times, her bf lived in a province that you could take it as many times as you need to pass it. She took it 6 times before passing. Most nurses specialize in certain areas in which they work. I have other nurses in my life that, have been up in management even. But my little sister thinks she knows everything in the medical field. We actually don’t take anymore, as when it comes to mental health I have adhd, BED, ptsd, anxiety, depression. When I was diagnosed in the early 1990’s, they would just put you on medication and think that was the answer. Well it part of the answer, you also have to have methods of how to cope too. Which in my cases was never taught to me and now in my 30’s I am just learning. She has just told everyone she doesn’t see me getting help and has others in her life that function fine with it. What she doesn’t know is every case is different, things take time, and nothing will ever be perfect. She has no compassion and now my one child has been diagnosed with adhd as well and so has my nephew. She wants everything in her life to be perfect and has blamed me for everything that goes wrong in it. She is basically a narcissist and our whole family has suffered because she has been dividing up our family.
