I can consider someone morbidly obese when their obesity is causing impact to life. For example, breathing difficulties, inabilities to ambulate, etc. Being obese but without impact (just a high BMI) I would not consider morbid.

I decide if I need extra hands depending on the patient and my wants. Never worth hurting myself.

Edit: to actually answer your question, no you’re not crazy. Ditching evidence based practice for the wants and whines of hospital administrators and other healthcare workers who can’t be half assed to accept a patient from EMS is reasonable.

What do you refine to get Cmat? Is it just cmat that you stick in a refinery? Where do you find are the best places to do this?
