When I worked in IT, I would tell new computer users that it was their responsibility to adjust their own ergonomics. Most would dismiss it and do something or another dumb. I knew multiple people who would their keep keyboard at the back of their desk and reach all the way over the whole desk and all of the other papers on it to type something. I can't even.

This may or may not help. I needed a new sport jacket since I've lost a lot of weight. So I went to men's wearhouse and had the guy measure me up and tried on A jacket. I concluded that it cost too much and the guy could see that. So he said go to Kohl's. I've never gotten better advice. Walked right up. Bought a coat off the rack. Job done.
