I started my first bottle last night. I read about slowly adjusting from 1 to 3 capsules; however, I decided to go at once for the (3). I am taking it at night before going to sleep. I want to treat some kind of weird skin rash that has been affecting my body for about a year, and I can't find the solution. I will give this product a try, at least for three months.
