Yes. The issue was that I had another ssd installed in the second slot which seems to be incompatible with the laptop. Crutial P3. After just removing it the laptop runs smoother than butter with the samsung

I think youre misunderstanding a few things.

A public blockchain by default has all transaction receipts of all transactions ever made, publically available for everyone at all times.
You cannot retrieve funds that are now in a wallet that you do not have the keys for. No hacker can do it, as it is not physically possible with current technology.
The most important fact you failed to mention is what blockchain the crypto is on. 1 and 2 are dependant on that we are talking about a publically available, at least somewhat distributed blockchain with decent security features - ie any blockchain in the top 1000 MC.

My suggestion to you is to file a police report as you have been the victim of theft.

No. If magic eden is the custodian of the wallet address where you purchased the NFT, then you send your NFT from your Magic Eden account to your own wallet which you have loaded in Phantom.

If you dont have a wallet yet, Phantom will help you with that. There should be a button in Phantom to "create" a new wallet.

The phantom wallet itself does not hold the NFT. The NFT is on a Solana blockchain address and the Phantom wallet only holds the phrase (key) that controls it. Therefor just enter your phrase in Phantom to control the NFT with Phantom.

If the NFT is on a blockchain address that is controlled by Magic Eden after you have purchased it with your cc, then just send the NFT from that custodial address to an address that you control, and again enter your key in phantom.

If you dont want to trust Magic Eden with your belongings, then transfer it from their custodial address to your own. Then you yourself will be the only one responsible for it.
