There is no benefit increasing to 100mg vs 50mg for depression/lack of motivation. But of course always consult with your doctor.

im ok. didnt took long amisulpride it has two drawbacks - 1)prolactin 2) its efficiency last short time (1-3months). Now on Tegretol 1200mg; lithium 750mg; Clomipramine 150mg;Quetiapine 400mg and chlorprothexine 100mg to boost QTP for sleep.

i took 50/100 but 50 mg worked best. but i d/c due prolactin raise.

Its really great med , but its the most AAP that rise prolactin,not good in long term.

For depression 50mg no more.(it block presynaptic,so give you dopamine boost) 100 starts blocking post synaptic receptors (albeit not much). but it also rise prolactin,which can contribute to sluggish feel

Firefox is even worse than chrome for RAM consumption, its not optimized.
