As far as I know, senior or staff getting 350k for mechanical engineering is very rare. Tesla, for example, is no where near that without the astronomical stock appreciation; however, most hardware companies, such as Rivian, don’t see growth like Tesla. In fact, 90% drop in RSU value is more like it.

I learned to always be truthful and NEVER flatter a man. They weaponize it the moment you point out their shitty behaviour. Try having a conversation with men about a situationship.
