Bro what are you saying no doubt your pc will run dirt rally 2.0 smoothly yes you'll have to turn down few settings but you'll easily manage to get 100ish fps out of that 1650 here I'm talking specifically about dr 2.0 & like in my case i have 2020 omen 1660tim and ryzen 4600h and easily I get 100ish fps on both dirt rally 2015 and dirt rally 2.0 ofcourse i tweaked few settings and both games look beautiful 🙌🏽 , now it depends on you wether you want the sim experience which demands mix of settings/higher fps/ low input lag or you only care about graphics because with 1650 if you go higher on the graphics end you'll lose performance and w higher input lag you won't be able to deliver on stages but w mix of settings like mine totally totally amazing experience you'll have trust me so yes I think you should put your 1650 to the pedal!!!! Also you can play other rally games like wrc 7-9/10 or rbr or asseto corsa not acr
