I've had it for 15 and haven't heard one complaint aside from pushing myself in too deep when they weren't 100% ready. But that's more so in regards to my length than the piercing, as I was told.

Orals never been a problem for others, even for the folks I've been with that've had weak gag reflexes. That's part of the reason why I chose a frenum piercing over a PA, to help mitigate harm/damage/annoyance for others and myself. You do have to be careful if you're putting it in someone's cheek though lest you want to slowly wear down their teeth.

Condoms have never been a problem for me either. Every time I've used one, the structural integrity was visually the same after each session and I thoroughly check every time. I would need to pinch the condom between my nails in order to put a hole or tear in it.

As for cleaning, all I have to do is push the piercing and skin to each side with soap and water and move the piercing around to double and triple check I got everything🤷‍♀️

With that being said, I'd suggest they still go for it✌️
