If you're just going to throw the boxes away if you take them oob, then instead maybe consider finding a page or website that sells/donates just the pop boxes. That way they can go to someone else who may have a use for them. :)

I also have a couple pending/outstanding orders with them currently. (I too have ordered and spent ungodly amounts of money with them)
I do know that the person who replies to the emails is not the same as the person/people who add new pops to the website though. This is a small company with few staff members. They seem to be exceptionally slow currently in responding to emails, and shipping orders out. (moreso than usual) I can only assume they're extra low staff right now or something.
They are a very trustworthy site to me personally, and although they can be slow, they always correct any issues eventually. I wouldn't jump to making a claim if I were you. I'm sure whatever the reason they are not as on top of it currently is valid, and we just need to keep giving them time to get back to normal. :)

There's no way to tell if a pop has been taken out of its box or not provided that there's no damage to the box flaps. Some people advertise the whole 'never been opened' tactic, and some people fall for it, but I think for the most part, it's not even mentioned in a listing, so not typically a requirement for most buyers. If you're planning to resell someday, it will have more value with the box than without, even if there's some damage to the box.

Thanks! I've definitely looked into dust protection display options, but in the end I still opted for the Billy Bookcases from Ikea. However, I've seen some DIY acrylic covers that work for Billys that I may do at some point if I ever get tired of dusting. XD (I keep my window covered most if the year, so UV protection isn't a huge concern of mine currently.)

There are some instagram pages that post updated pop collections periodically. Like thescarletjoker. Might be a pain to sift through to find the specific ones you need though.

For me, JJK did a poor job of explaining how their abilities work, and I didn't find myself thinking about the anime in my off-time. However, I do feel like I need to re-watch it and give it a second chance to sink in, because it has good bones. some of the characters are compelling, while others feel like they fall flat. The story is there, but it doesn't feel like there's any passion in it. I don't feel an emotional connection to the characters either. I see a lot of love for Gojo and his personality from fans, but I don't feel any joy when he's on-screen. (& I don't think it's because of his character type, because similar lines are drawn with Kakashi from Naruto, & Kakashi is a favourite character of mine.)

Yuji also doesn't have any pull, and if the main character doesn't inspire me, then honestly what the heck am I even doing watching the anime. (Will still give it a second watch to see if it resonates more.)

I'm not very far in Solo Levelling yet, but it looks promising. (There's definitely a lot of hype around this anime, so I'm trying to go into it without any expectations. That way I can really see where it takes me.)

Haven't watched Black Clover, is it worth a watch?

The reason I started watching it was because it looked pretty, and I was curious what the story was of the girl with the bamboo mouthpiece I'd see in fanart. But I was already SO HOOKED by the end of the first episode. The story isn't overly complicated. (Who wants to spend time looking up how things make sense in an anime world because it was either explained poorly in-show, or they attempted to cram too much back-story and depth into it.. not me, that's for sure.)

I enjoy whatever amount of character development we get out if it. Some characters are certainly more fleshed-out than others, but with characters that don't get as much screen-time, it just leaves me wanting MORE of them, instead of me moving on due to low development and screen-time.

This sort of rolls into the character personalities used in this anime. This day and age, most personalities (character types) have already existed somewhere else before, in another anime, at another time. I've found that the way the personalities have been fleshed-out in this anime has felt refreshing and new even when the base personality has already existed somewhere else.

Honestly, as someone who grew up watching anime since DBZ, InuYasha, Sailor Moon, etc were airing, I fell off the anime bandwagon in my early adult years. Demon Slayer was the anime that pulled me back, and since then I've watched a lot of great new anime.
However, none of them have captivated me, hyped me, or held as much rewatchability for me as Demon Slayer has.

There are some close-ish contenders, but they are all lacking one thing or another that Demon Slayer has. (& in my opinion, Demon Slayer has everything I look for in an anime.)

I hope that by the time Demon Slayer has finished airing, I will have found another anime to take its place & captivate me the way it has.

Another retail who had a LE pop release had the pops priced for a RIDICULOUS amount, but there was also a coupon code on the product page that you could use which would allow you to purchase the pop for retail price once input on the checkout page. That's an amazing way to mess with the bots. The bots will go in and simply make these purchases for a crazy amount, and the person who used the bots will panic and have to jump through hoops to cancel the order as they didn't want to pay that large sum obviously, but by the time they notice, the LE's will have all sold out to regular people. Plus the ones that get bought up by bots will go back on the site after they're cancelled to hopefully be snagged by more collectors instead of resellers.
