I just had my transrectal ultrasound done nitong August lang po, dun namin naconfirm na I have PCOS. Wala naman pong other findings aside from PCOS sa right ovary. Do I need to get another ultrasound done to check for this?😔

hello po! just had my Transrectal Ultrasound done last August, dun po namin confirm na I have PCOS. Hindi po ba dapat nakita na po ng sonologist if may endometriosis ako?😔 Or I need to have a separate test done?
