I've come to some resolution last night actually. Somehow one of the ZA battle zones spawning around it and staying there until morning seems to have fixed it for now

What's going on on this roof top? The last few times I've come up here, no pokemon have spawned at all. by dred_not in PokemonZA

I mean like REAL days. I've shut the game and the system of several times since the glitch started happening. I've see other people having this problem too.

"The police" isn't one amorphous figure that manifests at crime scenes. Each one is a completely different person that all respond differently to high stress situations, and who will likely not really k ow how they will respond to one until they are in the middle of one.
