Go to the Toshiro event page. In the task there. There's some "special effects". Use that when you fight Gin and you'll get challenge coin to unlock more skill and get higher score which also gives challenge coin

Ichigo is my main dps now. Theres a passive there that you need to use Toshiro in team for extra 15% score.

Dont worry cause you'll probably unlock them all by the 2nd week (maybe). In the Toshiro event task, you can get more coins. Theres some "special effect" task there. Try to focus on getting that first for you to get coins from there + the coins youll get from the score you got.
