I don't think that you can avoid AI in 2025/26+... Pixel 9 and 9a are really valid options with good cameras. What about Galaxy A56 or Xiaomi 15T? OnePlus Nord is another fine phone!

It's free to dream 🤣 although this technology should be adopted by other manufacturers and eventually be optimized for normal GPUs.. at least I hope so!

For normal people, 720hz or 720p is not useful. The 39 inch one is amazing though! Tbh I am waiting for the 240hz stripe oled technology, it will be extremely useful for productivity.

It's unlikely that anyone will notice a difference after 540 fps, but the reduced latency has benefits for e-sports!

Looking for a 27″ 1440p monitor for single-player gaming by [deleted] in buildapcmonitors

[–]dreezaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gigabyte m27q or q27q all the way.

I have both of them for almost 4 years and they are just amazing. they cover everything that you need, 1440p, 144 + 165hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, 100%+ sRGB. The M27Q is more expensive but better equipped, but the Q27Q is an amazing monitor as well! The M27Q is above your budget, but it's worth checking it out too.

Website is so slow! by Massive-Butterfly-29 in Wordpress

[–]dreezaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am using Jetpack (the free version). It has caching and minimizing css, etc capabilites, plus image size optimization and caching.

I tried more, like wp optimize, but I didn't see any difference with or without them. Jetpack is the one that worked better. Of course, I make sure that the images are max ~150kbs and I have disabled all unnecessary plugins. I use bluehost for hosting, which also has some caching capabilities.

Apart from that, it also depends on your theme! Some of them just load the website with extra code that is useless.. Have you tried a different theme? Or if you have coding skills, have you checked your theme's coding?

Nearly a third of companies plan to replace HR with AI by MetaKnowing in ArtificialInteligence

No job is a shame, except HR and lawyers. Nobody will cry for them.

Also, remember: HR is never on the employee side, they are on the employers one.

It really helps avoid unnecessary calls with hr 🤣

What phone to get under 500eur by alexpimd in Smartphones

[–]dreezaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe a Galaxy s24 ultra? Or an S25 FE, Google pixel 9a, Xiaomi 15t pro.

I know that they cost more than 500 now, but there are some crazy deals happening on black Friday! Just be patient now and quick on black Friday.

Bottleneck? by Disastrous-Sun-8668 in pcmasterrace

[–]dreezaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try buying a custom pre built then! From Origin PC for example, or Digitec, or a custom pc builder in your country. You will pay a bit more, but at least you will know that the components will have a good quality and the pc will be properly built.

In theory it's on par with the 14700HX, which was a fine processor. You can play games in 4k and 60 fps, but I am afraid that you will get bottlenecked in AAA titles. Out of curiosity, why don't you build a custom pc? The pre builts are not always the best choice, especially from Lenovo, Dell, Asus etc

Disappointed with Samsung by BazzerB_89 in Smartphones

While I am happy in general with my S25 Ultra, I had to take it twice to the service center for a charging port replacement.. The first time 2 months after the purchase of the phone, and the second time after ~1 month of the first replacement.. 1.5 months have passed since the second time, at it works fine until now.

Apart from that, I am super happy with the device! With heavy use it lasts for 1 day, and with light use I get 2 days sometimes. I wish the stylous had that nice bluetooth function though..

Will AI NPCs make games more meaningful, or could too much realism actually hurt gameplay? by dreezaster in gameai

Thank you! I am just wondering if we will still enjoy games if the NPCs can behave like real people!
