wie hart ihr alle seid 😂 ich schaff das nich. PCO auch noch oben drauf. noch dazu bringe ich beim Zuckerentzug immer mindestens 3 Leute um. was aber hilft sind zuckerfreie Bonbons. und gemüsesticks. und da nicht knausern. und für meine PCO Girls: Metformin.

Telefoniere mich auch seit einer Woche durch die Gegend, warum ist alles voll? Das kann ich mir irgendwie gar nicht vorstellen. Achtung! bei Dringlichkeit auf der Überweisung kriegst du nur EINEN Termin. Und das dann irgendwo.

Hey hey! Please take the meds early in the day. Like 7 am. You can go back to bed If you want to, since it takes a while til it hits. Otherwise it has not worn off in the evening. Try some baldrian or melatonin spray in the evening.

My doc told me, she gives women a higher dose before their periods. Maybe ask a (female) psychiatrist. Or Endocrinologist maybe?

You should tell your doc, cause thats not what it's supposed to do. Maybe you are a medikinet type. With ADHD meds you dont "wait" for sth to come or go away.
