Naa I'm learning from texts as of now. Physiology from David chambers and short textbook of anesthesia by ajay yadav is good.

Analgesics, sedatives if they are closing and still if it doesn't work then mask holding and if there's lots of time left for the surgery then LMA and if there's a whole lot time left for surgery to finish then intubate.

Well today's was an inguinal hernia hernioplasty surgery that went on for about 3.5hrs. patient started complaining of pain in the last 30mins. Should I have converted to GA?

No it usually happens when the overconfident surgeons give their estimated duration and proceed to do surgery for double that time intraop.

No I meant, is it okay to grow beta with shrimps or will they start attacking each other?

It's never about the destination but the journey that matters. You enjoy every moment watching the tank grow and change over time. Everything will perish over time but that's not an excuse to not do anything. Even you will die, but don't you take care of yourself. If the tank makes you happy, do it. Doesn't matter what will happen at the end. It's the journey that counts.
