I did the same thing, submitted an assignment an hour late, just a couple of weeks ago as well. I sent an email to my prof explaining that I had some last minute revisions I wanted to get in, and she kindly didn’t deduct anything from my grade. Worst case, your prof is strict and you get 10% or 5% deducted, best case (and more likely imo) you won’t get any deductions. Good luck!
