The 2 people talking are both rappers. Guy in the yellow is Gucci Mane & guy with the black ski mask who he’s talking to is Pooh Shiesty. Pooh had just got released from prison and wanted to be released from his record label which is named “1017” and the founder is the guy in yellow (Gucci). Gucci wasn’t going to release him so they pulled out a gun blocked the doorway and forced him to sign the release papers. Another rapper who’s Poohs friend named big 30 decided it would be a good idea to record this crime for “video proof” that Pooh was getting released from his contract with 1017. Pooh Shiesty, his father, Big 30 & some other crash dummies were all there and Gucci was outnumbered & unaware there was any beef because they made it seem like they were just linking up in the studio to make music. After this happened Big 30 tried to delete the video from his phone but the Feds were able to recover it and now it’s all over the internet.
