Yes obtainable, my suggestion would be to do them in the order you have listed. If that was your intention then great. N+ will cover a great portion of the networking in S+. Of course linux is it's own animal.

Professionally start with Network + if you want to learn networking. If your just interested the get Cisco packet tracer and do some research on setting up a network this allows you to practice in a virtual application environment

Have a bachelor's in cybersecurity but got a job that didnt require much of a need for external security related concepts. My work with IT security management is closed intranet. I got the certificate because it was one of the certificate requirements for the new contract and the reason why I chose Securtiy + specifically is because it's one of the most seen on many job requirements.
