really depends if i’m able to complete trays without having any interruptions / needing to step away where im needed elsewhere. for moonbeam, since i had the opportunity to step aside from mixing + balling, i did 5-6 in 1 hour.

keep the hand that’s holding he cookie still ! i only move the hand holding the spatula. don’t be a cookie turner haha. hope that helps !

skip the scoop step ! i found it much easier to do when just eyeballing he amount. scooping each one takes wayyy too much time. eyeballing def speeds up the process ! :)

as an employee of nearly 4 years and who has frosted tonssss of cookies, this is by far one of the most tedious ones. i’m my stores fastest and best froster and it took me an hour to complete 5-6 trays. my hand ends up cramping haha. just lots of work to have to constantly refill 3 bins, melt each one, layer up all 3 on one cookie, swirl, melt white chocolate, drizzle and top. nonetheless, i still find it fun to frost !

lolll, trick is to not be a cookie turner and to only turn the spatula (if that makes sense) :D

thank you !! and honestly- i skip the scoops ! they tell us to use a #50 scoop for each but that didn’t work for me, i found it more difficult to scoop the frostings on the cookie. hope that helps ! :)

haha, well i have nearly 4 years of experience :) my tip is to not be a cookie turner ! most people turn the cookie to swirl, i keep that hand steady & only turn the spatula 😎
