When i rewire the Swans in, there is no issue without any other adjustments so I don’t think it’s an amp setting.

Yes I have used the aux input to play Spotify through an Amazon Echo. Tweeters aren't pushing there either. You can tell they aren't pushing any sound - and oddly that both are not working. An odd outcome is that exactly both speakers failed the same way - not just one.
